I traveled to Hudson and attended church with Nate and his family, and afterwards we went to lunch and spent a lazy afternoon watching half of a movie before I went home and crashed. I was warmly welcomed, thoroughly enjoyed a day of laughs and was, I admit, slightly envious of this large, loving, perfect family.

What I'm Doing
This blog began as a way for me to "navigate the quotidian" and catch ideas that were meaningful, innovative, or worth putting on the shelf to return to later.
It has since developed into a more sophisticated version of its earlier self. It is now a place for me to navigate the quotidian in a way that (hopefully) brings: a sense of understanding about my place in my constructed world, an archive that validates my daily actions, reflection on life as greater than the individual.
It's still a new project, and I'm still working out the kinks of how to retell my day in a way that fully captures its essence without relaying every detail. It was inspired by a friend, and hopefully will inspire someone else.
